IMPLEMENTATION OF ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION A.747(18) ON APPLICATION OF TONNAGE MEASUREMENT OF SEGREGATED BALLAST TANKS IN OIL TANKERS

The Secretary-General has the honour to refer to resolution A.747(18) by which the Assembly of the Organization adopted a Recommendation concerning tonnage measurement of segregated ballast tanks in oil tankers.

 

The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit herewith a communication received from the Government of Romania regarding the implementation of the above recommendation.
